In early 2018, a customer reached out to Tim with something that he wanted built. I don’t know the name of this customer, so don’t ask. What I do know is that on March 9th, 2018 this Automag was completed. Tim likes to name all his creations and so the “NAIL GUN” was born. It was a smashing success. It was a one of a kind but everyone that saw it wanted it. So much so that it became a reoccurring request. “Tim, can you please make me a Nail Gun?” As I said above, there are two options on the AGD ordering webpage… the Nail Gun is only unofficial third option that has a dedicated name. Tim however likes creating custom markers and while the Nail Gun was epic… it could be better…. carbon fibre! through my podcast and he was kind enough to bring this bad boy Automag to the Las Vegas NXL and let me take pictures of it for you all. This Automag has an XMT carbon fibre body; a Luke’s Customs carbon fibre foregrip; a Luke’s Customs Tech Rail Extended; a Nummech gas through grip frame; an AGD X-Valve with LVL 10 bolt; CCM air fittings; AGD blade trigger and it’s finished off with a SP 14” carbon fibre barrel with freak inserts. Now it has be argued that since this was made with a lot of custom parts that were available prior to this, that it’s not “the first”. That argument would be wrong. This was “the first” made in the actual AirGun Designs facility. The Nail Gun’s popularity has at the time of me writing this led to the creation of 4 more exactly like it and And that brings us to this beauty we have here. it is my understanding that there are currently This is the first official AirGun Designs carbon 11 more bodies waiting to become AirGun fibre Nail Gun. It is proudly owned by Joaquin Designs carbon fibre Nail Guns. Cervantes. I was lucky enough to meet Joaquin 022 paintball.media magazine
