HMPL’ innovative packaging at pacprocess

hmadabad-based HMPL
is the gateway to inno-
vative packaging solu-
tions. For two decades, the
company has manufactured,
and exports advanced liquid
packaging machinery and ma-
terial handling equipment.
The ISO 9001-2015 certified
organization claims to be one
of India’s first machine suppli-
ers with CE certification. It of-
fers solutions for free-flowing
aqueous and viscous liquids to
consumer segments, including
beverages, cosmetics, dairy,
distilleries, edible oil, food,
lubricants, pesticides, phar-
maceutical, and allied indus-
tries. To date, the company has
8000 plus installations in 49
countries, including India.
HMPL offers a wide range
of packaging solutions, includ-
ing washing machines, unique
filling machines, sealing (cap-

ping) machines, labeling ma-
chines, and special purpose
machines such as automatic
shrink sleeve applicator, pre-
filled syringe filling, and stop-
pering machine. Moreover,
the company offers dedicated
packaging systems for volumes
ranging from 1 ml to 1000 ml
with filling.
HMPL will give live dem-
onstrations at the pacprocess
foodpex exhibition from 12 to
14 December 2019 at Pragati
Maidan in New Delhi. Accord-
ing to the company, they are
bringing four machines to the
show this time, which includes
the entire line as a sequence of
machines. These are a 6-head
servo filling machine – useful to
fill viscosity from water, juice,
to honey and syrups, the cap-
ping machine – for screw cap-
ping and tightening. The stick-
er labeling machine is helpful
for the round, front, front,
and back, top and side applica-
tion for any kind product, and
shrink sleeve applicator – to ap-
ply sleeve on any kind of prod-
uct. Maulik V Dave, managing
director of HariKrushna Machi-
netech, said that the company
can supply machines with vari-
able speeds for liquid packag-
ing lines, at rates from 20 prod-
ucts a minute to 400 products
a minute.
The HMPL team will be
available at the pacprocess
foodpex exhibition on all three
days at their stand 08 in Hall 11.

Konica Minolta to showcase industrial printing
application samples at pacprocess

Konica Minolta will showcase
industrial printing application
samples and is looking to con-
nect its MGI JV customers with
print buyers. The company has
taken similar measures in the
recent past, where it partici-
pated in a couple of other ex-
hibitions. “The idea is to con-
nect more end-users with our
customers and to demonstrate
innovative and exciting appli-
cations to various industries,
such as pharma, agrochemi-
