H THE ANTICHRIST WILL BE TO DESTROY THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN CHRIST .
Satan not only violently hates Christ but also those who believe in Christ . Down through the ages , true believers have been severely persecuted by Satan through a world that does not know Christ . Yet at the end of time , Satan will work through the Antichrist to seek to wipe out everyone on this earth who believes in Jesus . This persecution of true believers through the Antichrist will be the greatest attack in the history of mankind . The Bible talks about this vicious attack in Revelation 13:7-8 —
Revelation 13:7-8 ( NAS ) 7 ) " And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them ; and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him . 8 ) And all who dwell on the earth will worship him , every one whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain . "
