A . SATAN ' S PLAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO BE AGAINST CHRIST . AND TO PUT HIMSELF AS THE CENTER OF ALL WORSHIP .
There is nothing new about Satan ' s plan . Since his rebellion towards God in heaven , he has always been against the Lord . Satan has always hated God the Son — Jesus Christ . Christ defeated Satan at the Cross . Notice what Luke and Paul write concerning Christ ' s power over Satan :
Luke 10:17-18 ( NIV ) 17 ) " The seventy-two returned with joy and said , `Lord , even the demons submit to us in your name .' 18 ) He replied , `I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven .
Colossians 2:15 ( NIV ) " And having disarmed the powers and authorities , he made a public spectacle of them , triumphing over them by the cross . "
Satan down to the very last moment of time will viciousl Jesus . In the end times , Satan will reveE is newest weapon — the Antichrist . The Bible talks about this in 1 John 2:18 —
