Respiratory Program Administrator
This course explains the 29 CFR 1910.134 and CCR Title 8 Section 5144 standards and how to apply them to
meet the requirements as a Program Administrator. Students would be personnel involved in the oversight
or administration of a commercial Respiratory Protection Program. The course will also discuss fit testing
methodology.

Sologic Root Cause Analysis Analyst Level 2 – Master Facilitator
In this full day course, students will discuss advanced analytical topics and Root Cause Analysis program
development best practices. Experienced instructors will teach facilitators to lead tough investigations,
mentor less seasoned facilitators and implement more strategic Root Cause Analysis programs across their
organizations. Students will learn to set program goals, measure KPIs, create Root Cause Analysis thresholds
and monitor performance metrics, including ROI and action tracking systems. Prerequisite: Sologic RCA Analyst

Traffic Control and Flagger Safety
This program covers traffic control devices and protection as required by federal, state and city laws for
individuals whose work requires them to direct or control drivers and foot traffic. Topics discussed include:
regulations and standards, channelling devices and barricades, construction signs, control of traffic through
work zones, flagger safety, personal protective equipment and Cal/OSHA Construction Safety Order 1599.

Trenching and Excavating
Participant will learn how to identify existing and predictable excavation or trench hazards which may be
dangerous to employees. This course covers: the shoring standard, duties and required knowledge, soil
analysis, hydraulic shoring, shoring boxes and shields, sloping, benching and trenches as confined spaces. This
course is compliant with CCR Title 8, Sections 1504 and 1539-1543.
