BD : Helping to grow the Marketing department and the company — we were three people when I started , the Marketing Director , Art Director , and myself . What is a fun , memorable moment you ’ ve had at P2S ?
BD : I enjoyed the re-branding of P2S 4 years ago — the new firm name , logos , website , and promotion of the brand .
Of course , all of our fitness and social events are very memorable as well , and there have been plenty over ten years . Being on teams that planned events was hard work but always fun and the events allow staff that wouldn ’ t normally work together to get acquainted and build relationships . This is important as the firm grows .
What is your biggest ‘‘ lesson learned ’’?
BD : Mainly to trust my instincts and not be afraid to ask questions . Especially with new challenges — new staff can see things from a different perspective , and that ’ s a good thing .
