Angie dove deeper into her love for yoga after her husband left for Afghanistan. She was feeling alone and depressed, living away from friends and family while pregnant with her third child. After giving birth (only thirty days after her husband deployed to Afghanistan for a yearlong tour), she committed to changing her outlook on life and offering her talents to others as a way to build them up and support their process of change. Yoga changed her heart. "I started to look at people differently, I learned how to love them and help them.”
