On December 25, 1821,
Ludwig van Beethoven completed his Piano Sonata
No. 29 in B-flat Major, otherwise known as the Hammerklavier Sonata. Today, the piece
is widely deemed to be one of the composer’s most important works of his third period.

The BSA is offering luncheons after all four Family
Concerts this season! The first will take place on
December 7, 2013, immediately following The Snowman.
Families may make luncheon reservations through the
BSO Ticket Office when concert tickets are purchased.

Join us for the second annual BSYO open
rehearsal and Concert Orchestra concert!
Launched in 2012, the BSYO comprises three
orchestral ensembles of 200 of the region's most
talented musicians. The BSYO serves as
ensemble-in-residence at the state-of-the-art
George Washington Carver Center for Arts and
Technology in Towson.
Tickets are $5 (students), $10 (seniors, 60+)
and $20 in advance. $25 at the door.
