Boil 9 Sweet Potatoes and then skin and mash them.

Add 1 can of chunky pineapple to the

potatoes and mix it in. Don't add the juice.

Add maraschino cherries and mix in with the potatoes.

Add 2 bags of small marshmallows and mix

into the potatoes. Save some marshmallows to cover the top once it's in the pan.

Bake at 325 degrees until the marshmallows melt and brown a bit.
