busy in the past year as Regional

Award, Siva Gnananayakan.
“Joel and his team came up
with an integrated approach to
maintaining new infrastructure
at CFB Trenton, including a
comprehensive maintenance
program with a shared delivery
process with construction
engineering, industry and
DCC,” says Siva, Site Manager
at 8 Wing Trenton. Joel also
developed energy management
services that have identified
$500,000 in energy savings for
DND, and initiated fire and life
safety inspection services for the
Wing’s buildings.
