DEVELOPING SERVICES – AND RELATIONSHIPS Joel Fisher has been extremely busy in the past year as Regional Service Line Leader, Contract Services at the Ontario Regional Office, says his nominator for the Service Development Award, Siva Gnananayakan. “Joel and his team came up with an integrated approach to maintaining new infrastructure at CFB Trenton, including a comprehensive maintenance program with a shared delivery process with construction engineering, industry and DCC,” says Siva, Site Manager at 8 Wing Trenton.
