Johnson knows the ins
and out of lingerie. After
being head hunted over
a year ago to set up
the new sales team at
Ultimo lingerie she has
furthered her career,
only adding to her ever
impressive CV. Here is
what happened when
we sat down with her
for a chat about her
experiences!
How long have you worked in sales?
“Around 20 years, including my time
working as a sales rep.”

Where did you first begin your
journey in the fashion industry?
“Beaties in Wolverhampton, (which
is now known as House of Fraser) as
a management trainee on the ligerie
department. I worked my way up
from there.”
Where is the best place you have
worked over the years (besides
where you work now)?
“T
riumph International, I had so much
fun working there!”
What is your biggest memory
over your years of working in the
industry?
“Whilst I was at T
riumph I worked
alongside various customers and
created a new update of our best
selling Doreen bra, which went on
to become a global best seller.”
What
do you look for when
employing someone?
“Personality,
positive
attitude,
evidence they’re a hard worker,
someone who is willing to learn and
someone who listens.”
What is vital when working your
way up the employment ladder?
“Learn from each person you work
with, both the good and bad parts.
