Relief for the Sons of Soil:
Uttar Pradesh is an agrarian state. Its
agriculture capacity can be valued by
its volume of producing rice, wheat,
and sugar-cane and many other crops.
But the farmers of the state never got
their dues which prompted them to be
debt ridden and unhappy. None of the
previous government paid attention
to bring them out of their miserable
condition. As Yogi Adityanath himself
comes from a rural background he
knew, to bring UP back on track, he
need to get these farmers back to life.
The first decision which his first cabinet
took was the loan redemption to these
son’s of soil. The state government has
given a loan redemption to all 86 lakh
small and marginal farmers who have
taken a loan before March 31, 2016.
The amount up to one lakh rupees has
been redeemed as promised. Under the
