Patient Satisfaction

Baylor Heart and Vascular Services at Fort Worth collaborates with Press Ganey Associates, Inc. to measure patient satisfaction across the patient experience continuum. The goal is to support patient satisfaction that reflects service excellence as those outcomes have a direct correlation to quality and safety outcomes.

Additionally, positive comments are shared with the team to recognize success and service excellence.
