Programs and Activities
The Centre follows the National Quality Framework which is
designed to ensure that each child is given the best possible
start in life. It lists quality standards to improve education and
care across the wide range of services which offer childcare. The
aim of this is to provide greater individual care and attention for
children; better support for learning and development, increased
skills and qualifications for educators and staff and a new rating
for the different aspects of childcare.
Implemented and managed by ACECQA (Australian Children’s
Education & Care Authority), all services are required to follow
this framework. There are also outcomes for children who
use the service which appear through the My Time, Our Place
element of the framework, these being:
• Children have a strong sense of identity
• Children are connected with and contribute to their world
Collection Arrangements • Children have a strong sense of wellbeing
Parents/Carers must come into the Centre to drop off and pick
up their child/ren. Children will only be released into the care of • Children are confident and involved learners
• Children are effective communicators
