When it comes to school teacher there are some qualities he or she should have if they want to succeed in what they do.
Firstly a teacher should be patient. Not every kid learns at the same time, or in the same way. He has to see what is understood, what should be practiced more and which kids have more difficulties. Things not always happen as fast as you want them to. That is why they have to be prepared for every challenge and act calmly and thoughtfully.
Another quality which is important for teachers to have is respect. Kids should be treated kindly and respectfully. They need to feel that they are well treated, contained and that their presence there is needed. If teachers don't treat the students well, it will become mutual. So this will create a negative atmosphere, positive for none, where learning will be hard to achieve.
The last quality is very important; it is to encourage children to learn by showing them a good example. In this way students will want to go to school, eager to learn, and happy to know more and more. Teachers will have achieved job and given the kids someone to rely on.
In conclusion, I believe that it’s the person who decides whether to be successful or not at his or her job. The good teacher is not the one who knows everything, neither the one which exploits his kids with homework. It is the one with a good atmosphere with a children feel comfortable and needed. With these things, learning will come by itself.
