Our recipe for wellbeing

Salmon Pasta

2 carrots, grated 2 onions, finely chopped 100g baby spinach 410g red salmon 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. flour 2 ½ cups milk 350g pasta( any) 100g grated cheese

Cook onions in a small amount of butter in the microwave until soft. Add grated carrots and microwave for 6 minutes. Put in a large frypan, add flour, stir gradually, add milk, and stir till thickened. Add Dijon mustard and crumbled salmon. Then stir and cool. Meanwhile cook pasta in salted water. Cook baby spinach( chopped) and mix in with cooked, drained pasta. Put pasta in greased casserole dish, ladle salmon mix on top. Add grated cheese and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with a garden salad.
