Blueberry Banana Oats Milk

I recommend making a base of blueberry, banana, oats and milk smoothie. Add lots of chunky chopped fruit on top for texture.
The smoothie bowl can be tailored to your tastes and thickness. It’ s delicious and will keep your feeling full of energy till lunchtime.
Choc Banana Smoothie

Ingredients Method
2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tsp. cacao powder 3-5 ice cubes
Approx. 2 cups almond milk( based on a litre jug blender)

Add all items to a blender. Blend until all ingredients combined and blended well. Pour into a serving glass and drink.
