Berrylicious Acai Smoothie Bowl

A healthy lifestyle begins with a healthy breakfast. But despite our best intentions, a healthy breakfast can often be time consuming and hard work. This quick and easy breakfast will ensure your get a good start to your day.
Ingredients Method
1 Banana Strawberries Raspberries Acai powder 1 tsp. honey 1 tub low fat Greek yoghurt 1 cup coconut water Desiccated coconut Muesli

Place fruit, acai powder, honey and yoghurt into blender. Add a cup of coconut water and blend until smooth. Empty contents into bowl and add muesli and desiccated coconut with desired berries or fruit.

Breakfast Frittata

10 free range eggs 200g free range bacon 1 bunch of asparagus 1 sweet potato ½ bag of spinach

Pre heat oven at 160 degrees. Peel skin of sweet potato, then cut up into bite size pieces. Place cut up sweet potato onto a baking tray and place in oven for 10 minutes or until cooked. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat. Cut up bacon and asparagus into small pieces. When sweet potato is cooked place the bacon, asparagus spinach and sweet potato into a cake tin( square if possible), then pour the eggs on top. Place into the oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Cut, serve and enjoy.

Ricotta Fig on Toast

2 slices Sourdough toasted bread ¼ cup skim ricotta 1 tsp. honey 1 dash cinnamon
2 figs quartered or( any other seasonal fruit)
½ ripe banana sliced

Spread skim ricotta on toasted bread. Place the fruit of top and drizzle honey on top as desired.
