Berrylicious Acai Smoothie Bowl

A healthy lifestyle begins with a healthy breakfast . But despite our best intentions , a healthy breakfast can often be time consuming and hard work . This quick and easy breakfast will ensure your get a good start to your day .
Ingredients Method
1 Banana Strawberries Raspberries Acai powder 1 tsp . honey 1 tub low fat Greek yoghurt 1 cup coconut water Desiccated coconut Muesli

Place fruit , acai powder , honey and yoghurt into blender . Add a cup of coconut water and blend until smooth . Empty contents into bowl and add muesli and desiccated coconut with desired berries or fruit .

10 free range eggs 200g free range bacon 1 bunch of asparagus 1 sweet potato ½ bag of spinach

Pre heat oven at 160 degrees . Peel skin of sweet potato , then cut up into bite size pieces . Place cut up sweet potato onto a baking tray and place in oven for 10 minutes or until cooked . Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat . Cut up bacon and asparagus into small pieces . When sweet potato is cooked place the bacon , asparagus spinach and sweet potato into a cake tin ( square if possible ), then pour the eggs on top . Place into the oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until cooked . Cut , serve and enjoy .

Ricotta Fig on Toast

2 slices Sourdough toasted bread ¼ cup skim ricotta 1 tsp . honey 1 dash cinnamon
2 figs quartered or ( any other seasonal fruit )
½ ripe banana sliced

Spread skim ricotta on toasted bread . Place the fruit of top and drizzle honey on top as desired .
