One day, I was walking to the dormitory when I saw my teachers and classmates
playing basketball together. It stopped me in my steps. All of a sudden one of my teachers
shot a goal, and he was very happy, which made him look like a child. Their happiness also
made me smile. We were still young and felt happy for the same thing in the same place.
This feeling made me feel so pleasant that I wanted to stay in this moment forever.
Suddenly I realized the importance of time. I was just killing time when I was talking,
playing, and doing something else meaningless. If I wanted to live a better life and get
happiness from it, I must do something right.
It’s never too early in high school to start taking control of our future. But it’s not too
late either. We should know that what we are doing when we are young is going to affect
the future. I didn’t regret doing what I did until I was in Senior 3. And if I continue to be lazy
like I used to be, I would get another thousand pities. Whatever we do, time goes away
without notice. Why not start to improve our chances of having a good future from now on?
One little thing that can help us get more from our classes will lead to another and although
we may not see it now, and we may not reflect back on it when we’re older, all those little
improvements add up to a lot of really big things in life.
Despite wherever the time has gone, let’s get started now.
Moonlight
Andy-Class 167
It was a cold and still night. Under the bright moonlight, a lone woman, who was
sitting against a handsome man’s body, was crying. Her heart was so pitiful because of her
lover’s death. She could describe her pain without a word.
The cry was very sad and shrill under the cold moonlight. The tears broke her
lover’s sword; how deep the emotion was.
Her lover’s lonely soul was standing in the wind. And he wanted to comfort her not
to cry, but he couldn’t because he was dead.
That afternoon, the woman’s lover, who was a king, fought a war with the invaders
in order to protect his subjects and dear wife from invaders’ harm. He got injured terribly
during the war, but he didn’t stop until his soldiers defeated the invaders.
It was already dark when the invaders ran away from the battlefield. As the
woman’s lover ran out of his final strength, he said that he loved his wife deeply, and he
would become the moonlight to protect her every night at the end of his life. Then, death
was brought to the man. The woman looked at the bright moon, and her eyes were filled
with tears.
On the battle of the emotion, who dares to rush to the checkpoint of love? And who
can become the king?
Take turns to taste the historic hate. This world is variable; the person who dares to
love is destined to have a tragic life.
