They transformed the kitchen of the Family House into
interview central. Darlene came home to Our House
after a full night of work at the VA Hospital, washed up
for a moment, met with Justin, her case manager, and
then went straight into a 2-hour interview with Ann.
A group of Our House staff and board members, excited
to see the production unfold, gathered quietly in the halls
of the Family House to watch and listen as the interview
took place. The intimacy of the interview that we
witnessed moved us all. Ann was genuine, direct, and
deeply touched by what Darlene had to say. Darlene was
honest and strong.
