Accord is creating 63 affordable rented homes for the local community. The site includes one-bed apartments, twobed apartments, two-bed & three-bed houses. There are phased completions commencing January 2018 to May 2018. In order to be considered for one of these properties, you will need to apply via the Accord website.

Spotlight on Care & Support
Accord Care & Support have recently been commissioned by Wolverhampton City Council to operate a Reablement service.
Showell Court Reablement offers a short period of intensive support in the established and comfortable extra care setting of Showell Court, Wolverhampton, to help recovery and return home when discharged from hospital.
The service provides:
• A supported environment in which to promote independent living.
• An individual support plan to encourage a swift return to full home life.
• Support to help regain confidence and independence.
• Access to a team of occupational therapists and social care professionals as required.
