Gihan’s story
Eighteen year old Gihan, is one of four new
Apprentice Electricians to recently join Accord
Works. Gihan has been a customer living in an
Accord property in Walsall for over four years,
and he is now on the path to a much sought-after
career as an Electrician!
Gihan has long been an advocate for the life-
changing opportunities Accord can bring as he
cites when he, his mother and sister moved into
a brand-new three-bed home with Accord, as the
moment when he knew that he wanted to make
the most of this chance to make a better life
for himself by doing well at school and finding
a career that would give him progression and
opportunity. We are delighted that Gihan has
chosen Accord to make his important step into
employment.
