Module Breakdown
With our support, we will work with your participants to monitor the required off-the-job training that must amount to 20% of the contracted employment hours across
the whole programme. The table below sets out the type of activities that we will build into the individual learning plan in addition to regular coaching visits and
weekly performance reflection. The individual learning plan will be adapted to meet the learning and development requirements of the employee, job role and your
company training strategy.
