Overview Our Team Leader/Supervisor programme is designed to equip your employee with the communication and motivational skills needed to improve operational efficiency. Throughout your employee’s programme, they will be supported by experienced management experts, who will give them the knowledge and skills that they can apply in the business environment. Over the 12-15 month programme, your Team Leader/Supervisor will cover a variety of topics allowing them to support, manage and develop team members. They will also learn to manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver business plans, resolve problems and make decisions. We have worked with many employers to develop an innovative and exciting programme which will benefit both your Team Leader/ Supervisor and your business. Industry Recognised Qualification Alongside the programme, your employee will gain a professional qualification from the industry-leading body the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Typical Job Roles These are just a few typical job roles that would fit our Team Leader/Supervisor Learning and Assessment programme: Over the course of this programme your employees will receive 10 learning modules delivered as full-day • Supervisor • Team Leader • Project Officer • Shift Supervisor • Foreperson • Shift Manager sessions by our management experts. These sessions will be delivered during the first 12 months of the programme and will be punctuated by regular visits from their dedicated management coach.
