OC BUSINESS HIGHLIGHT:
FDOC
The Ounalashka Corporation’s first subsidiary was
incorporated on November 13, 1989. FDOC, Inc., which
stands for First Daughter of Ounalashka Corporation,
was established to manage OC properties located
primarily on Amaknak Island in Unalaska.
OC’s first company has been financially stable and profitable since it
was founded, and the markets it serves today have a strong outlook
for the future. With these established industry clients and a handful
of viable short-term leases, this important sector of OC’s real estate
portfolio has generated strong value and will continue to be a financial
cornerstone for the community of Unalaska, shareholders and the
Ounalashka Corporation.
