delivers real-life clinical experiences, but it’s also
home to the latest learning tools. Our Learning
Laboratory is one of the liveliest places on
campus and a truly innovative academic space,
connecting instructors and students across all
three campuses.

Housed in the Clinical Training and Assessment Center
are several patient examination rooms where, in simulated
interactions, you’ll experience firsthand what primary care
physicians do daily. You’ll hone your diagnostic skills,
master technical procedures, and practice engaging patients
effectively and compassionately.
“The Heritage College emphasizes learning over
grades, which has fostered a culture of peer
support and learning. I know I can turn to any of
my classmates for assistance now — as well as
in the future when I am a practicing physician.
Each student brings different attributes, and
working collaboratively reminds me of traits I
myself may not always portray, but that I would
like to improve upon to be a better caregiver.”
