Through our Transformative Care Continuum,
you’ll partner with communities to provide family
medicine where it’s needed most, beyond the
exam room. You’ll be rooted in your clinical teams–
Cleveland Clinic Lakewood Family Health Center
or Cleveland Clinic Akron General – within your
first days of medical school, staying in one clinical
team through Heritage College graduation, family
medicine residency, and board certification. This
innovative and accelerated medical school program,
a partnership between the Heritage College and
Cleveland Clinic, is based on knowledge and skills –
not time spent in medical school – with connected
experiences between patients and health care
delivery teams at its foundation.
