Occupational Therapy Team Lead North West , Full Time
Looking for an occupational therapist to fill a role within your company

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified occupational therapist ( Band 8a equivalent ) to lead a small , but growing OT team working across a residential school , 2 day schools and 2 small children ’ s homes in the North West ( Stockport , Buxton , Bury and Liverpool ).
The post is currently based at High Peak School , Disley ( near Stockport ) but will require you to travel to our schools and homes in the North West , as and when required . You will be required to maintain a caseload , which will be shared with other OTs , and work in conjunction with other clinicians , education and care staff to ensure a truly cohesive and holistic clinical provision for our young people across the schools and homes .
Ideally , you will have worked within an SEMH / ASC school setting or within a CAMHS service and have experience of managing a small staff team . In addition , you will be well organised , able to prioritise and work collaboratively , a good communicator both verbally and in writing and above all genuinely have a passion for working with children . A qualification and / or experience in sensory integration would also be desirable .
