Do you want to develop your strategic leadership experience ?
You can influence the profession and develop your leadership skills by becoming a member of our Boards .
On the Country Boards , you ’ ll need to :
• think strategically
• be politically aware
• be confident to contribute actively to debate and inform professional developments .
On the Learning & Development Board , you ’ ll :
• consider and advise on policy that affects pre and post-registration OTs
• identify learning and development matters that could impact the profession
• support and promote learning and development campaigns .
On the Research & Development Board , you ’ ll :
• support the delivery of our Research and Development Strategy
• encourage OTs to find , develop and recruit to new research career pathways
• help to identify gaps in research evidence and potential funding .
We ’ re looking for active and engaged members to contribute to the profession and make a difference .
