Mr. Praveen Dorna

Praveen Dorna has over nine years of combined work experience working with start-ups, SMB’ s, MNC’ s and Non-Profit organizations across payments, fleet, education, media and ERP technologies across US and India. He has graduated with a B. E. in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 from OUCE and holds a MBA degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College( USA). He has been an active alumnus since graduation and has been instrumental in driving various key initiatives at college. He is currently working on his startup venture " Startup Byte " in addition to building the newly launched OUCE startup incubator( OUCE Idea Labs) as a Chief Operating Officer( COO) and also consults a couple of startups on scaling businesses. He is serving on the OUCE Alumni Association as an Executive Member and the Chairman of Initiatives Committee that focuses on driving new and meaningful initiatives benefiting students, college and alumni. He is the youngest in the Executive Committee and his ability to drive things is what he brings to the table.
Brig. Pogula Ganesham

P. Ganesham has graduated from UCEOU in 1972 and has also secured his MBA from FMS Delhi University. He has served in the Indian Army, receiving the prestigious VishistSeva Medal( VSM) from the President of India in 2005. He also served at BDL as Director. Subsequent to his retirement, he played a key role in forming a voluntary organization“ PALLE SRUJANA” which is part of nation’ s wide Honeybee Network to pursue mission of National Innovation Foundation. The innovations of honeybee were showcased and connected to formal reputed institutions achieving 12 President of India awards, 14 patent awards and 13 successfully marketed innovations. He brings in vast experience of nurturing innovations and running voluntary organizations to the association.
