How to Login

Instructions :

Go to https :// orthofeet . taikacreate . com / login
2 .
Enter Email and Password , click the “ Submit ” button
3 .
This will bring you to the home screen of the platform , the “ Active Orders ” page

How to Add a New Clinic / Shipping Location :

Instructions :
1 .
Go to the “ Account ” tab in the ribbon menu at the top of the screen
2 .
To add a new clinic ( shipping location ), click the “+” button

Enter “ Clinic Name ” - Use the name of that location , if not specific office name , use the city as the name , if more than one address with the same city , use same naming as in Priority ( city-number ) ( required )

Add Phone Number ( optional )

Add Street Address ( required )
e .
Add City ( required )
f .
Add State ( required )
g .
Add Zip Code ( required )
h .
Add Email ( optional )

Note : This is the email that will receive all of the order confirmation and
shipping notice emails for this location
