Interviewer: What do you like about your work?
Meirav: The work in the school is very complex in terms of activity in all areas of social pedagogy and values of education and climate. The parts I like best in school are the students, the successes. There are also but it is still very satisfying.
Interviewer: what were your difficulties when you began this work?
Meirav: When I started to work ONE of the difficulties was that I did not know the names of the students, their personality. I participated in all the meetings and did everything in order to get to know each student ; what his strength and difficulties' are. When I came to school there were 400 students and today we are 600. It's a challenge, but it's fun.
Interviewer: When do you wake up to school?
Meirav: I wake up at six in the morning and come to school at 7.30. I stand in school entrance, say good morning and talk to the students and the teachers.
Interviewer: What do you think about the schools Success?
Meirav: Thanks to hard and consistent work, love for the place, good team of teachers and the students' love for school we reach these successes.
Interviewer: What did you learn from your years as a principal?
Meirav: I learned from my years as principal that I have to be attached to the students, to their parents and the school community because I have to give the student the confidence to talk about the difficulties he or she is going through in school or at home and help him in what needs help.
Interviewer: What do you think is the most important thing you do in school as principal?
Meirav: The most important things I do in school as principal are personal response, personal attention, and listening to the whole school.
Interviewer: How do you solve problems of violence at school?
Meirav: We have zero tolerance to violence, we punish by suspension between one until three days depending on the case.
Interviewer: What is your agenda as principal in school?
Meirav: My agenda as principal in school is that every student will find his strengths and more important, to help them and strengthen them with love, joy and pleasure.
