MINT never hinged, with typical unevenly applied gum. Fine to very fine. Pane obtained as new issues by an American Army Captain who was Chief of Fiscal Bureau in the Department of Communications in 1946. Due to uneven application of the primitive gum on these issues, there are some disturbances to parts of the panes. Full selvage, few minor perf separations, imprints at bottom of each pane.
