"I am a night owl. Since my late teens, I have found

that I am most productive and creative after the

sun goes down…until recently. For many reasons

during early adulthood I drifted into erratic sleep

patterns. This lifestyle caused problems which

manifested themselves in a myriad of symptoms:

ADD, chronic fatigue, and poor mood being the

most prominent. Through trial and error these issues have receded because I found my own unique rhythm. I must stress that my approach may not work for everyone because each person has different needs and responsibilities.
