minute trainer Complaints about pests? Here’s how to respond! ACTUAL APARTMENT REVIEWS SOURCE: APARTMENTRATINGS.COM This is a nice friendly community but the apttown homes are not that good. They need to be upgraded for the price they want. This place is effected with roaches and mice and do not recommend this plan to my own dog. LOL. Looking for another place for my family. I lived there for two days when I discovered roaches in my kitchen!!! Not sure if it was just our building but others in my building complained of the same problem. At first when I complained the maintenance guy tried to say it was a water bug not a roach. Water bugs are what county people call roaches so basically he was trying to trick us. So the next time we saw one we caught it and it was carrying an egg sac on its back...Yuck!!! MICE! These buildings seem to have an infestation of rodents. I am aware that living in any high rise or any apartment building you will be subjected to this issue. 1-2 encounters with a rodent in the winter, that is perfectly normal. However, it is no longer winter and the problem has not ceased. STOP WHILE YOU'RE AHEAD!! BIG RATS SMALL MICE AND BATS GALORE. I also keep a pretty clean apartment and I'm already far too fed up with the roaches and bed bugs, unfortunately I live on a small, limited and fixed income and other apartments I've checked out that I could afford are either as bad as this place or worse so unfortunately I'm stuck here in hopes they eventually do get their act together. One night about 3 rodents started running around my apartment. It was disgusting and unsanitary.
