Leo commenced his career in insurance in 2001 working on Marine and Energy claims with Richards Hogg Lindley and Taylor Risk Consulting, both part of CTC Plc. His focus shifted to handling Energy claims solely as part of the Indecs LLP team that executed a Management Buyout from CTC Plc. In 2006 Leo joined the JLT Group where he worked in his first 18 months with them as a claims consultant for Echelon Claims Consultants; thereafter he was Energy Claims Broking and Energy Claims Team Manager for JLT Specialty Ltd. In 2011 Leo joined Zurich Insurance Plc as Energy Claims Practice Leader, during which time he led the market in the handling and settlement of

Maersk’ s Gryphon A claim. In 2013 Leo became Global Head of Energy Claims, where he worked on and settled, a number of complex Onshore and Offshore Energy, Mining and Power claims around the globe. Leo sat on the Claims and Senior Leadership Teams for Zurich UK and presented at various conferences and client events including the Lillehammer Energy Conference in 2013 and Clyde & Co Energy Conference in 2015, talking about topics like‘ Corrosion exclusions’,‘ Litigation Risk’ and‘ Pre- Loss Scenario Planning’. He joined Integra Technical Services in the role of Chief Operating Officer in October 2015.
Ron Jarvis is a Risk Engineer at Swiss Re, based in London. He is responsible for the management and coordination of risk engineering services primarily in support of the underwriting of oil gas and petrochemicals risks. He is the current Chairman of OPERA( Oil Petrochemical & Energy Risks Association) and represents the London Market risk engineering community on the Lloyds Market Association( LMA) Onshore Energy Panel.

Tony has worked in the London Market for over 25 years. First, at Lloyd’ s and for the past twenty years at Kennedys where he has been a partner in their market leading Energy team since 2005. Tony specialises in first party Property, Energy and Construction Insurance and Reinsurance claims, primarily for the on-shore market, advising on coverage matters and running subrogated recovery claims. During this time, he has handled a large number of complex coverage matters involving a wide variety of different issues under Operational and CAR / EAR policies arising from UK, International and Multinational Insureds. Tony has advised on jurisdictional issues and obtained injunctive relief from the English Courts for London Market and Bermudan Reinsurers in favour of arbitral proceedings. Tony has had articles published and speaks regularly on market / legal issues. Tony was acknowledged for“ the speed and quality of service provided”, in Gracechurch Consulting’ s independent survey of the London insurance market 2013.
