2014 Objectives:
Olympia FC Warriors focus is to develop and deliver equitable and quality football opportunity for ALL girls and women through development of football skills, relevant leadership development, educational strategies, and programming in a manner that promotes women in the community.
• Increase development program with education in conditioning, dietary and life skills
• Injury prevention and rehabilitation programs / support
• To cultivate and active involvement within a club environment
• To increase diversity funding and resources
• To develop and involve girls from all levels including grassroots level
• Maintain and increase the numbers with development of player within the club
• Involve and include outside interest, including family, school & social life
Coaching staff provide outstanding technical training, whilst promoting passion, enjoyment and team spirit.
Our youth development program is a pathway to our Women’s Premier League program that will enable you to play football in Tasmania at the highest level and is the only Premier Women's club on the Eastern Shore with a SAP Licence.
The SAP Program is an initiative of Football Federation Tasmania and its aim is to ensure that all footballers in Australia receive the best possible training.
