Need for the new system
The current system is not efficient that consumes time and effort. Therefore, there is a real need for a new system that solves these problems. The new system will holds all data for job seekers both graduation or under graduation. Also, the private and public sector so, this data all will be saved in centralized database. All operation will be done online. This will make the process faster and accurate. The existing system have a limitation of features therefore, obstruct the job seekers for gain the job and in other side the organization will not gain the suitable employee. The idea that will we do only shift manual operation to online to keep search engine easy and faster to find the candidates.
Analysis of the new system:
In this phase we have studied the proposed system and collected the requirements. According to the interview that we did it with Mr. Hafez AI-Abria in Ministry of Man power to have a look of their employment strategies and see their desktop application for an employment. All their information and feedback may to help us to elicit requirements .In fact, we intend to make the system for job seeker and companies that need employee so we Constitutes online survey to gain their requirements and ask them if it is grate idea to develop a whole system for employment for both job seeker and companies. We come up with those two approaches that requirements are divided into functional and non-functional requirements
