Start the night with a basic yoga class that will leave you rejuvenated and armed with stress management tools . Learn how to use essential oils to promote health and wellness as you unwind with a glass of wine . Led by a certified fitness instructor and doTERRA Wellness Advocate .* Must register by Aug 13 .
