One Southern Indiana ’ s nationally recognized economic development program works to advance our regional economy by attracting new company investments and supporting the current industry to maintain and grow their operations . Since our founding in 2006 , we have been involved in more than 225 project announcements , including companies new to our region to existing companies expanding their Southern Indiana footprint . The result ? Increased tax revenue , better-paying jobs , and a higher standard of living and quality of life for everyone .
