Reward Yourself: When you’ve hit your goal
of exercising 3 times a week for 30 days
don’t forget to reward yourself. That is a big
accomplishment. Give yourself a reward that
is consistent with your goal. For example
don’t reward yourself with cake if you want
to lose weight instead try booking a
message or a new workout outfit.
Stay With it: Habits take time to develop so
don’t get discouraged. Some people form
habits in 21 days others 200 days but the
average is around 66 days. Stay with the
exercise habit and don’t forget to reassess
your goals and increase them every 30 days.
