Reward Yourself: When you’ve hit your goal of exercising 3 times a week for 30 days don’t forget to reward yourself. That is a big accomplishment. Give yourself a reward that is consistent with your goal. For example don’t reward yourself with cake if you want to lose weight instead try booking a message or a new workout outfit. Stay With it: Habits take time to develop so don’t get discouraged. Some people form habits in 21 days others 200 days but the average is around 66 days.
