My High School Year
My name is Madison Tiana Mae Connelly and I’m a junior in High School at North Fayette Valley. I have gone to North Fayette Valley for only one year so far and will be going to North Fayette Valley for one more year and then graduate. The reason why I have only so far gone to North Fayette Valley for one year is because our school did this whole grand sharing thing with the Valley school because they needed help and we helped them. Our school was called North Fayette. I went to North Fayette sense freshman year. It doesn’t bother me that we helped the Valley school out because I myself did go to valley school from 3rd grade to 5th grade. It also made me happier that we combined our schools because then all my friends from valley came to my school and I could see them more often. I think that people take the whole grand sharing thing with another school a little harsh. Everyone has there own point of view on the subject but I think it was a good thing because if you think about it where would the Valley students go either way they would have to had to go somewhere. So now that our school is North Fayette Valley it has changed a lot of things its not as all good but than it is. Junior year has been very different and I have to say it’s not as bad. I like the classes I had chosen and I like the college classes that are offered to us. Junior year I took Nurses Aide because I thought it would be good for my record and because I want to go into the medical field. Junior year I would have loved to be in sports like volleyball but couldn’t because of some of the things going on with my leg. But for North Fayette Valley sports was very hard to play in because there was so many of us who want to be in volleyball with are combined schools it didn’t help. There were a lot of girls who barely got to play. They got mostly benched. Junior year is now almost over and I’m starting to think about my future and about what I want to do, where I want to go to college, how to plan everything out, and everything else. And thinking that junior year is almost over makes me think that soon Ill be a senior. Thinking about being a senior that makes me a little nervous and scared because everything will change and I will have to do everything on my own and trying to get it all set and ready for me is a little difficult. But once the time comes I think that everything will work out just fine. Freshman year, sophomore year, and junior year went by so fast that I think that senior year will be the same and soon ill be going off to college to make my future Awesome and better for me.
