it out ; it ' s something that no other brand has , and I ' ve fallen in love with it . I don ' t know if I could ever go back to just having to kick my bike because it ' s so easy just to push the button .
HOW DO YOU THINK THE ELECTRIC START IS GOING TO CHANGE THE SPORT OF TRIALS ?
It ' ll be interesting because I don ' t know if it provides a huge advantage when you get a five for stalling , because you can ' t really reach the button while holding on to the grip ; you can ' t just slide your thumb over and push it , so you have to let go of the handlebar for a second . That ' s a whole challenge in and of itself just as it is taking your foot off to kickstart the bike . One downside is that the electric start adds a little bit of resistance to the bike at all times , so it makes the bike more prone to stalling . It ' s something I ' ve gotten used to now and don ' t seem to have any issues with anymore , but I stalled once today and had to catch my balance . I used my button to restart the bike , but it ' ll cause the bike to stall more .
Is it a huge benefit ? I would say it ' s about equal because I stall more , but it might be a slight easier way to restart the bike . As far as the rules go for the NATC and other local clubs , they may just have to look at figuring out a way to get rid of the maximum penalty for stalling your bike . If you are up against
