Healing Your Feelings
Feelings are emotions that come from experiences good or bad. What matters most is that we are in control of our feelings. When we lose emotional control through our feelings because of someone or something else, you give that person or situation control over you. Choose your emotional response carefully and always be in control. This happens when you recognize how you are feeling but you choose to respond in a certain way. Because you are now at a higher level of awareness you can monitor what you are feeling. Stay in control of you and do not allow negative energy to infiltrate your being.
The title of this article is Healing Your Feelings because you can heal how you feel. Whenever someone has violated your life, whether as a child or an adult, you take on the pain and hurt of that person. Heal within because hurt people, hurt people. Take responsibility for empowering yourself and being free as the spiritual being that you are created to be. Let go of the hurt and pain through forgiveness because you will experience healing. When you are not in control of your energy, your emotions and your mindset, then you have given someone or something else control. Is that how you choose to live? No one can do sit-ups for you, it requires you to get in position and get to work. No more excuses of why you can’t forgive that person or let go of that thought you possess. It’s all a choice. You can heal your feelings. It’s time to shift your paradigm.
In order to be complete and whole you must create positive energy around you. Start with being clear about who you are and make a shift to be more open and place yourself in a positive flow. Feed your mind with positive mind food. If you want to change the results you must change what’s going on inside. You have thought power to imagine and think about anything you desire. Imagine if everything you said, felt or thought could be produced instantly. What would that look like? Stop for a moment and think about a beautiful Christmas tree. What do you see? Do you see a tall beautiful tree with lights and all kinds of ornaments on it? You can change your thought power at any given time. You just did. Whenever something comes into your mind or your space that is not good, dismiss it immediately.
You feel the way you feel because of the vibration that you are in. Your subconscious mind controls your actions and your actions control your thoughts. Once you realize you have entered a negative mind zone you can release the emotion. You can’t grow or move forward if you are holding on to negativity and you can’t be free. Negative emotions
