It is so vital to allow children to express themselves artistically and creatively! Caretakers as well!!! Creation for whatever intention is such a rewarding act, and also yet another means to bring balance and harmony into our lives by feeding our chakras with activities with which they align. It can really be as simple as a doodle; or a prayer of gratitude; or a healthy meal prepared with love. The possibilities are infinite! He left me these.
