more! To summarize a few thoughts from
today’s conversation… first, it’s important
to create a trustful, transparent and
collaborative space for our employees
to operate within. Next, we need to invest
in our talent to give them the tools, skills
and guidelines to be more effective and
make better decisions. Then, we have
to embrace that failure is a natural part
of the growth process. And lastly, we
need to help our team see meaning in the
work that they do and how that meaning
connects to the organization’s vision,
