Before On Purpose, I enjoyed working in management consulting. I
wanted to apply the creative problem solving and insight into different
companies that I had gained to the social enterprise space. I am excited
by my opportunity to help shape this promising sector. I would want my
next step to be either with an organisation which combines social purpose
with a robust business model (particularly one concentrating on young
people) or an intermediary / incubator supporting social businesses
in developing and scaling. I love learning new things (this year, it’s
Japanese!) so would be keen to meet anyone with innovative ideas.
