Joshua and Allison Fletcher – Ecuador
Joshua and Allison will serve the Lord with OMS in Ecuador. Joshua has a passion to
make disciples and will train and equip leaders in theological education and encourage
pastors and congregations in Cuenca. Allison will teach their three children and serve
alongside Joshua, encouraging church leaders and other missionaries.

Steve and Melissa Gross – Haiti
Steve and Melissa serve at Cowman International School, a school for Haitians and missionary children near Cap-Haitien, Haiti. Melissa teaches kindergarten and first grade
and trains Haitian teachers, and Steve teaches middle and high school.

Kim Jansen – USA – Communications
Kim is funding to be a writer and social media coordinator in the Communications
Department at the OMS World Headquarters. Her purpose is to share stories of OMS’ involvement around the world and to inspire and give hope through social media platforms.

Mandy McIntyre – Hungary
Mandy will serve as a social entrepreneurship coordinator, developing alternative funding
sources that will directly support transformational ministry in Budapest. Her goal is to
create a self-sustaining “business as missions” model that could be implemented across
other fields in the future.

David and Marty Meek – USA – Development/Hospitality
David serves in the Development Department, raising funds for OMS evangelism, church
planting, and leadership training ministries around the world. Marty serves in hospitality,
preparing meals for international guests and missionary staff.

Gwen Pinkerton – Brazil
While on home ministry assignment, Gwen is serving as Brazil’s field secretary and treasurer. She also serves as the interim coordinator for our Starfish Kids ministry in Haiti.
When she returns to Brazil, she will continue as field secretary and treasurer, and she will
work with OMS-related churches and the seminary. Gwen has served as a missionary
with OMS since 1985.
