Kikuru had the opportunity to study Islamic theology in Sudan. After five years of schooling, he completed
his Islamic studies. Then for 11 years, he worked as an imam, or Muslim leader, overseeing four mosques.
In 2012, Kikuru met Pastor Shambo, an OMS leader in Goma. Pastor Shambo shared the Gospel with
Kikuru, and he believed and was saved. Soon thereafter, he was baptized. Kikuru is now a village church
planter in the DRC. Pastor Shambo disciples Kikuru and is training him to share the Good News with
Muslims. To view this video testimony, click here.
