Dewdrop Davis and her husband Roy ministered in India for 38 years. They spent two years learning the language, and then they moved to southern India, where Dewdrop taught at the OMS-related Bible training school while also caring for her family.
Wesley Haines served in a variety of roles during his years with OMS. He began working in the mailroom and the book department. Later, he managed the secretarial pool and then served in public relations. Wes eventually became central regional director in Indiana, working with missionaries on home ministry assignment.
Lester Ike served in OMS with his wife Pat for 30 years. Initially, they spent six years in Japan, where Les served as office manager and treasurer. Later, at the OMS World Headquarters, Les served in many roles, including secretary of the Board, director of missionary logistics, treasurer and vice president of administration.
William Rudd and his wife Dorothy served with OMS for seven years in Brazil. Bill was involved with evangelism and served as chaplain and professor at the seminary. Upon their return to the U. S., they served in regional ministries, first in California and later in Oregon.
John Schultz began working part-time as regional staff for Men for Missions in the Northeast with his wife Lois in 1989. In 1998, John and Lois became full-time missionaries, recruiting and sending evangelism teams to various OMS fields. John also served on the U. S. and international cabinets of MFM for many years.
Eldon Turnidge and his wife Mary served in many roles during their years with OMS. Eldon was a U. S. regional director, field director in Haiti, member of the OMS Board, director of MFM and vice president of field ministries. He traveled to many OMS fields during his years of service.
Kent Van Dervort served in Haiti, with his wife Jean, where he was field treasurer, business manager and clinic administrator. He was also involved in shipping and receiving. In the U. S., Kent served as treasurer at the OMS headquarters and as regional director in the Northeast.
